She leads the traditional sweets workshops and prepares our regional tasting experiences. Daughter of Isilda and Franklim, Ana Paula grew up by their side, learning the oldest recipes and the true meaning of tradition. With an innovative outlook and skills in management, cooking, pastry, and breadmaking, she has helped grow and renew the legacy they left behind. Her skilled hands and creative mind bring together heritage and new ideas, offering high-quality products and truly unique experiences.
Insightful and passionate about bread
He hosts the bread workshop and is often the first to greet you. Grandson of Isilda and Franklim, André learned from them the foundations of baking and the respect for each ingredient. He started in the bakery, uncovering the secrets of traditional breadmaking, and later dedicated himself to pastry, refining techniques and exploring new flavours. Combining tradition and creativity, André is essential to preserving the soul of the family business and ensuring everything we serve is made with care.
